Integrative counselling & coaching

A safe, collaborative space for growth and change

About me…

Hello, I’m Sam, a counsellor and coach based in London. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply and find ways to move forward that feel authentic to you.

I work with adults from all walks of life, often supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, stress and burnout, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, and periods of transition. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic styles and tools so we can tailor our work to your unique needs.

“Sam listens and encourages new ways of thinking. There is always an openness and friendliness to our conversations.”

Therapy, counselling, coaching…
Whats the difference?

The BACP uses the terms counselling and therapy interchangeably. Counselling offers a supportive, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we may look back at earlier life experiences and patterns, working through events or relationships that have been painful or challenging, as well as focusing on what’s happening in the present. My role is to listen without judgement, help you reflect, and work alongside you to deepen your understanding and support meaningful change.

Coaching facilitates personal and professional development using techniques that focus on our behaviours, thoughts and beliefs. Sessions can be goal-driven or explorative depending on your current focus. Coaching can resemble talking-therapy but differs in approach, with a more developmental style that focuses on client growth.

our approach to sessions will be created collaboratively, with you leading the way.

"I really valued my sessions with Sam. He challenged me at times to reflect on my own attitudes, and encouraged me to be gentler on myself, always leaving space for me to come to my own conclusions which has helped me understand myself and my ways of thinking better in the long term. He shared some great tools and resources, which I've continued to utilise!"
