About me…
I am a qualified career and life coach, and a therapist in training, with a particular interest in burnout.
After a decade of working in the fast-paced music, events and hospitality industries, paying little attention to my wellbeing, I started to experience regular burnout. Talking therapies, including coaching, helped me develop a more balanced lifestyle and an appreciation of the link between self-care, my health and motivation.

What is coaching?
A coach facilitates personal and professional development using techniques that focus on our behaviours, thoughts and beliefs. Sessions can be goal-driven or explorative depending on your current focus. Coaching can resemble talking-therapy but differs in approach, with a more developmental style that focuses on client growth.
I have a holistic approach to coaching, that appreciates our physical, emotional and cognitive wellbeing. Through training as a therapist, I have an acute understanding of the impact our past experiences and relationships have on our current lives.
